The Swingers’ Tiki Palace in Chattanooga, Tennessee, was built by strip club tycoon, Billy Hull, in 1972. The lavish home was best known for its Playboy bunny pool which had swimming tunnels that lead to the bedroom. Hull was known to throw wild parties in the mansion but it was left abandoned in 1973 when he was convicted of hiring a man to kill his wife’s lover.
